FOOD & WINE

A full two course breakfast is included in our tariff (except room only rates) and typically includes a selection of illy coffee, T2 teas, fresh fruit juices, croissants, fruit selection, eggs and cereals. Breakfast is served daily in the Chapel from 8:30 until 9:30 and at other times by prior arrangement.

Lunch and dinner is available at the many cafes and restaurants in and around Braidwood.

With 48 hours notice, a two or three course dinner may be arranged in our dining room on Saturday nights, or by arrangement for groups and conferences on other nights. Our menus change weekly according to the seasonal availability of produce. For details and current menus please enquire at the time of booking.

A selection of wines, beers and spirits are available from our Confessional Bar. As fully licensed premises, BYO is not permitted. Our wine list changes weekly to take advantage of special releases and features local wines.

Tea and coffee is available from 8:30 am to 9:30 pm daily from our downstairs espresso bar. Outside of these hours guests may help themselves to tea or coffee from our upstairs espresso machine.
