Booking & Cancellation Conditions

All reservations will be confirmed by email and a $150.00 deposit will be charged to your credit card upon confirmation of your request. Full payment of your accommodation charge is required at check-in by either credit card or cash. All other charges will be settled at check-out. The Doncaster is a strictly non-smoking property, does not accommodate animals and is not recommended for children.

Bookings cancelled at least 7 days before arrival attract no cancellation fee. Bookings cancelled within 7 days before arrival attract a $150.00 cancellation fee unless we are successful in reselling the same room for the same dates. Check-in is after 2:00 pm. Checkout is before 11:00 am. Complimentary day-use may be available on a request basis or confirmed by payment.
